Manages small teams, developing more junior consultants, often driving the creation of a project timeline and conducting or overseeing analysis to ensure quality results.

Works day to day with client contacts, managing client requests, facilitating client meetings, and seen as a key and trusted day-to-day contact by clients.

Structures and guides the problem solving process for themselves and others, recognizing interdependencies and adjusting the course as needed.

Plays an active role in firm building activities, particularly within the offices.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $190k -195k.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
