We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective teams arrangement.

Claims Operations (Supporting Hong Kong)
- Processing General Insurance (Non-Motor) Claims includes, verifying claim documentation, evaluating claim eligibility, determining coverage parameters, and calculating appropriate claim settlements.
- The ultimate objective is to facilitate a streamlined and accurate claims handling process, ensuring prompt and equitable resolutions for a diverse range of non-motor insurance policies in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
- Perform tasks associated with processes such as, Policy Endorsement, Client Policy Management, Generation of Quotation, Bills and Invoices
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation)
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and colleagues by offering updates and resolutions when required
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization’s standards and SOPs
- Take part in investigation on queries and errors as well as assisting in developing action plan to drive improvement
What you need to have:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- High Proficiency in using MS Office Application
- Ability to read and write Traditional/ Simplified Chinese.
- Good work ethics with high level of integrity, detailed oriented, compliant and process driven

- 1 - 2 years experience in Claims Handling/ Claims Processing role, specifically in General Insurance Policies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder
