Livestream and Media Producer

What youll do:

You have proven experience and a passion for delivering seamless live video production, from pre-show setup to post-event editing. Your keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and ability to react under pressure ensure flawless execution, even in fast-paced environments. With strong communication and organizational skills, you’ll manage all aspects of livestreams, stepping in as the backup to the lead producer when needed. Your creative flair, including skills in motion graphics and video editing, empowers you to elevate visuals, drive audience engagement, and deliver polished, high-quality broadcasts across platforms. Bonus points if you have a knack for graphic design to further enhance on-screen visuals and branding.

In this role you will:

• Manage pre-production, production, and post-production for both livestreaming events and recorded video including technical requirements, graphic elements, and post-production video and audio editing
• Assist with daily live streams including simulcasting across multiple outlets to ensure seamless production and maximize reach
• Serve as the backup to the lead producer, stepping in to manage all aspects of live production, including technical execution, content delivery, and team coordination when needed
• Work closely with content creators and presenters to produce engaging and timely graphics and on-screen information for live events and on-demand video resources
• React quickly to resolve issues in live production, maintaining the quality and flow of the broadcast
• Conduct pre-show video and audio checks with virtual presenters to troubleshoot and ensure that production quality meets network standards
• Moderate and participate in audience chat to build community, keep viewers engaged, and encourage conversation throughout the show
• Create basic thumbnails and motion graphics to elevate visuals for livestreams and recorded videos
• Work with a Run of Show to maintain structure, pacing, and coordination during live productions

What youll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training or experience required
• Demonstrated experience managing a well-trafficked YouTube channel
• 5+ years of experience in Livestream, Webinars, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field. Basic knowledge of graphic design and motion graphics experience.
• Strong knowledge/understanding of:
• Zoom
• vMix
• Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and After Effects)
• Video production equipment (cameras and live stream software)
• Live streaming (Stream Deck, Companion, Video switchers, Streaming encoders)
• Excellent writing and proof-reading skills, including superior attention to detail
• Availability to work some irregular hours, based on location
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Familiarity with live video specifications of different popular channels and social media platforms
• Possesses a creative, organized, responsible, and collaborative mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive ability to troubleshoot and handle the unexpected

Compensation:

The salary range for this role will be $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 USD annually. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of up to 8%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%).  

Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual PTO allowance begins at 15 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays. Additional details on our total compensation package and benefits are listed below.
