Join NordSecurity’s B2B Marketing team and lead a group of skilled graphic designers working across three growing B2B brands (NordLayer, NordPass, NordStellar). Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to deliver bold, high-quality design solutions that resonate with our target audiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Take the lead on high-impact design projects as a hands-on expert.
- Mentor designers to grow in their career paths.
- Guide the team in creating visually compelling work that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
- Plan and prioritize team workload across weekly sprints and yearly OKRs.
- Oversee the team’s creative direction, output, and quality standards.
- Shape and evolve brand visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Facilitate feedback sessions and refine deliverables based on input.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, product, web development, and more.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively.
- Foster a strong, inclusive design culture.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading large-scale design projects (B2B experience is a plus).
- 1+ year of experience managing a creative team and conducting performance reviews.
- Solid knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, AI image generation tools.
- Proven expertise in brand identity development.
- Familiarity with video production, demand gen advertising, or similar projects.
- Awareness of design trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to apply insights.
- Strong communication, English language, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary Range
- Gross Salary 4200-5300 EUR/Month.
