What you will do
As a Product Designer, you are essential in creating intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance the usability and overall user experience of our solutions. This position plays a key role in improving healthcare quality through innovative design practices.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to understand user needs and project requirements 
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions 
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions 
  • Utilize data analysis, user feedback, and usability testing results to iterate and refine design solutions 
  • Ensure design consistency and scalability by adhering to and contributing to the design system 
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, including board members and C-level executives, to gain support and drive design initiatives 
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UX design, product design, and healthcare technology 
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers 
 
What you need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design and/or UX design
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping in Figma
  • Experience with user research methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders
 
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $135,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
