We are looking for a Chief Medical Officer to play a key role in shaping Oura’s expansion into enterprise healthcare.

What you will do:

Collaborate with the Oura leadership team to define the companys vision and strategy for Oura’s role in healthcare delivery and market positioning
Represent Oura in discussions with healthcare payers and providers on program design and clinical outcomes of interest
Work closely with Oura’s existing enterprise healthcare customers to plan the expansion of existing programs
Collaborate with Oura product and engineering teams to drive the direction of new hardware products and software features
Analyze clinical data and outcomes to inform decision making and improve the efficacy of Oura in care environments
Shape the roadmap for regulated features while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations
Be the face of Oura in the medical community, with press and at conferences

This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

Doctor of Medicine degree with 10+ years experience driving digital transformation in the medical / health industry
A proven track record working with healthcare payers and care providers to design and deploy health interventions that have delivered measurable health outcomes
A deep understanding of wearable health technology and the potential for patient generated health data to transform care delivery
Past experience driving large and complex partnerships for innovative digital health programs
A demonstrated ability of working cross-functionally with software, hardware and science teams to develop exceptionally well designed digital health programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
A dedication to holding yourself accountable for hitting goals and metrics
