We are looking for a Director of Healthcare Partnerships to lead healthcare partnerships. 

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business with health plans, employers, health systems and virtual care providers
  • Create sales presentations, proposals and contract documentation that articulate compelling value propositions to target partners
  • Negotiate and close new contracts
  • Work cross-functionally with Oura sales, clinical, legal, client success and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for Ouras enterprise healthcare partners
  • Monitor the success of programs by evaluating key performance indicators in the areas of health outcomes, operational and financial metrics 
  • Develop and manage partnerships in the consultant/broker verticals
  • Represent Oura at industry conferences and events

This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 10+ years experience selling health technology solutions to healthcare payers
  • A deep understanding of the digital health landscape and wearable technology products
  • Outstanding track record of success in closing new business and maintaining long term partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
  • A dedication to holding yourself accountable for hitting goals and metrics
  • Passion for the Oura product and our mission to empower everyone to realize their health potential
  • Willingness to travel 20-40%
