PandaDoc is looking for an analytical, growth-minded Senior Prospect Campaign Manager.

As a Senior Prospect Campaign Manager at PandaDoc, you will orchestrate and launch prospect-facing campaigns to generate new business and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams. You’ll contribute to the Campaigns team’s quarterly pipeline targets while working cross-functionally across our Revenue Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams to level-up our campaign processes.

As a critical member of our Campaigns team, you will help evolve our integrated campaign framework by testing new ways to drive awareness, engagement, and demand from our ICP. You’ll also collaborate directly with our Product Marketing and Localization teams to extend our ICP campaigns to new geos and verticals.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and orchestrate prospect-facing campaigns across multiple channels, languages, and markets.
  • Project manage the execution of integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders, to ensure prospect campaigns launch without a hitch. 
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to create reports that measure the impact of your campaigns, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics to maximize their impact.
  • Build a strong understanding of our target audience, their pain points and the user journey. Leverage these insights to craft campaigns that resonate with our ICP. 
  • Develop and refine campaign segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segments throughout the buyer journey. 
  • Run PandaDoc’s webinar program with content briefs, webinar coordination, pre-event promotion plans, and post-event enablement for our sales team.

About you:

  • Youre a team player, who uses their excellent communication and collaboration skills to build strong relationships and amplify the impact of our campaigns.
  • You have an analytical mindset, and own the performance of your campaigns. You love diving into data to spot trends and launch tests that drive pipeline.
  • You’re super organized, and have sharp project management skills to keep multiple campaigns on track and collaborators aligned.
  • Youre always learning, evolving, and pushing the boundaries. You have a growth mindset and want to test new tactics and channels to engage our ICP.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience running integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the buyers journey and the ability to create targeted messaging for different stages.
  • Proven track record of interpreting data to distill key insights and make data-based recommendations that increase the impact of your campaigns.
  • Experience managing campaigns in project management tools; such as Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.
  • Experience running impactful campaigns via marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and other marketing tools; such as Salesforce and 6sense.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with webinars or event management is a plus.

The annual OTE is from $95K to $105k (base + bonus combined).
