Position Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager to join the Americas Operations Team. This role is responsible for leading programs that drive the strategic objectives of the Americas region, with a primary focus on initiatives within our Partner Support business group. The Program Manager will collaborate with corporate and regional leaders to ensure seamless program execution and adoption. They will apply a strategic blend of project oversight, stakeholder management, and problem-solving to drive successful outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, they will define project goals, establish timelines, and ensure timely and effective delivery.
Additionally, this role will play a key part in maintaining the team’s operational rhythm, supporting leadership meetings, team communications, and stakeholder updates. As communication is central to the role, the Program Manager will craft executive presentations, translate complex data into meaningful insights, and facilitate alignment across regional and global teams. Success in this position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to program execution, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, effectively executed, and continuously optimized for impact.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Program Strategy & Execution
- Own and drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with the Americas region’s strategic goals and Partner Support business group initiatives.
- Define clear objectives, success metrics, and implementation plans for new programs and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Provide regular, data-driven updates on program progress, risks, and impact to senior leaders.
- Prepare leadership reports, business presentations, and communication materials that translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Project & Change Management
- Develop and maintain project plans, tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timely execution and adoption of key initiatives.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth rollouts and long-term sustainability of programs.
- Operational Support & Performance Measurement
- Participate in leadership meetings, providing updates on active projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools for ongoing program evaluation.
- Conduct post-implementation assessments to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Drive issue resolution by collaborating with cross-functional teams and escalating concerns when necessary.
- Foster a problem-solving culture, leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a support role, preferably within SaaS applications in the IT services space.
- PMP/ITIL Certification or equivalent.
- Experience leveraging data and metrics to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project development, execution, and leadership reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer support processes, best practices, and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Atlassian Jira.
- Experience with Customer Effort Score (CES) and swarming/team-based support models.
- Strategic problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven track record in driving improvements in customer support operations and performance.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
- Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $99,000 to $125,000 or more depending on experience.
