What Youll Do
As a Regional Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner to VPs and leaders of leaders. In this high-impact role, you’ll:
- Shape the Future: Develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives, enabling teams to thrive in a culture of healthy high performance.
- Drive Talent Excellence: Lead workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management to build engaged and skilled teams.
- Champion Change: Guide leaders through organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
- Collaborate and Coach: Build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and coach leaders to foster an inclusive and empowered environment.
- Use Data for Impact: Leverage analytics to drive decisions, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results.
What Makes You Shine
At Pax8, we’re looking for someone with the drive and expertise to inspire transformation. You bring:
- Proven Expertise: Substantial HR experience, including partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Influence: A track record of coaching and influencing leaders to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
- Qualified : B.A / B.S in related field / Post-graduate level HR qualification e-g CIPD level 7 or SHRM-SCP level
- Change Champion Skills: Expertise in change management, organizational design, and strategic workforce planning.
- Cultural Competence: The ability to work across diverse geographies, adapting to regional and cultural nuances.
- Analytical Prowess: A data-driven mindset, using insights to craft solutions and measure success.
- Collaboration Savvy: A passion for partnering with teams across functions to deliver exceptional results.
- Mediation and Conflict Management: The ability to resolve disputes constructively and build trust among teams.
- Tools and Tech: Experience in using Workday / Miro / Workboard / Greenhouse / Microsoft / Teams / Slack / Loop / OKRs

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $110,000,000.00 - $145,000.00 depending on experience
