What Youll Do

As a Regional Business Partner, you’ll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner to VPs and leaders of leaders. In this high-impact role, you’ll:

Shape the Future: Develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives, enabling teams to thrive in a culture of healthy high performance.
Drive Talent Excellence: Lead workforce planning, talent calibration, and performance management to build engaged and skilled teams.
Champion Change: Guide leaders through organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained engagement.
Collaborate and Coach: Build strong relationships, provide expert advice, and coach leaders to foster an inclusive and empowered environment.
Use Data for Impact: Leverage analytics to drive decisions, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results.

Proven Expertise: Substantial HR experience, including partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified : B.A / B.S in related field / Post-graduate level HR qualification e-g CIPD level 7 or SHRM-SCP level

Analytical Prowess: A data-driven mindset, using insights to craft solutions and measure success.

Compensation:
Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $110,000,000.00 - $145,000.00 depending on experience
