What You’ll Own

You’ll build, lead, and innovate within our legal framework to ensure our 35,000 MSP partners and 140+ software vendors enjoy seamless collaboration. Your day-to-day will involve:

Strategizing: Build and scale legal processes that adapt to our global expansion.
Collaborating: Partner with finance, marketing, procurement, and more to support company goals.
Negotiating: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of high-impact contracts like MSAs, SOWs, SaaS, and licensing agreements.
Leading: Mentor a high-performing team of legal professionals.
Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our practices align with evolving cybersecurity, privacy, and IP laws.

What Makes You the One?

To thrive here, you need to be a visionary with:

10+ years of expertise in commercial agreements, particularly in tech and SaaS.
A track record of success in both law firms and in-house legal roles.
Proven leadership skills in building legal teams and driving impactful strategies.
A sharp eye for complex agreements and an in-depth understanding of IP, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
A JD from a top-tier law school and active bar membership.

Required Education & Certifications:

B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school and a current member in good standing with a State Bar.

Compensation:

Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $175,000 or more depending on experience
