Position Summary:
The Strategic Partner Programs Manager at Pax8 drives the development and execution of strategic initiatives to enhance partner relationships and growth. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement programs, and monitor performance. The Strategic Partner Programs Manager leads efforts to optimize partner engagement, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. They analyze market trends and partner feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness. The Strategic Partner Programs Manager also manages communication channels to keep partners informed and engaged.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to):
- Develop and Implement Scalable Partner Programs: Design and execute strategic programs that provide partners with tools and insights to drive growth.
- Create structured initiatives such as quarterly programs featuring customized newsletters, curated webinars, educational training, and strategic reports on growth opportunities.
- Develop educational webinars and training sessions to help partners better position themselves with end-users and maximize their market impact.
- Build scalable enablement frameworks that allow Account Executives to focus on day-to-day account management and revenue growth.
- Work cross-functionally to bring together key stakeholders, ensuring that programs align with both Pax8 and partner growth strategies.
- Enhance Operational Excellence:
- Implement scalable processes to strengthen collaboration between Pax8 and its strategic partners.
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment on strategies, operational goals, and best practices.
- Identify and drive process improvements to optimize efficiency and partner engagement.
- Standardize the partner experience through structured practices and documentation.
- Build Strong Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with Pax8’s strategic partners.
- Serve as a proactive problem-solver, delivering tailored support and effective solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying mutual growth opportunities and fostering collaboration.
- Advocate for Pax8’s value proposition, driving brand loyalty and long-term success.
- Create and Deliver Impactful Presentations & Proposals:
- Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and program proposals to communicate strategic initiatives.
- Present insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data-driven storytelling to support decision-making and drive program adoption.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bringing a scrappy, problem-solving mindset to rally teams and execute initiatives effectively.

- Years of experience 3+
- Substantial experience in strategic partnerships, program development, or partner success, sales.
- Strong ability to build and maintain high-value relationships.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable partner programs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to create compelling presentations, reports, and program proposals.
- Passion for cloud technology and the evolving digital landscape.

- Previous experience with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and partner feedback analysis.

Required Education & Certifications:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
Compensation - Qualified candidates can expect a salary between $96,000.00 and $120,000.00.
