Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and build user-centric products that make a meaningful impact on peoples lives.
Serve as a tech lead on full stack initiatives - guiding architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and delivering end-to-end solutions across both frontend and backend, from designing intuitive user interfaces to building robust APIs and scalable services.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices for maintainability and performance.
Develop new features and user interfaces with a mobile-first approach, ensuring seamless experiences across devices.
Contribute to the architecture and design of the product, participating in technical discussions and decision-making processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a deep understanding of business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Support team success by fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in full stack software development, including at least 1 year of success in a 0-to-1 product environment.
7+ years of experience in JavaScript technologies, including Node.js and React.Js
Strong understanding of user experience, product strategy, and scalable database design.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A track record of designing, building, and deploying high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
Experience with testing platforms, unit testing, and clean, maintainable code.
