Overview The Digital Product and Applications (DPA) group is responsible for the vision, execution, and implementation of PEP’s next-generation digital products to meet our digitalization ambition. The projects will manifest as key platforms and applications that deliver specific business solutions for PepsiCo’s priority markets globally. The team is not only accountable for delivery digital applications but is also responsible for the resultant improvements in business outcomes and value The position of Director, Digital Product and Applications will play a crucial role in defining vision, requirements and roadmap for Transportation and Network Supply Chain Transformation agendas unlocking significant business value by delivering to the agenda of Future of Operations, and contributing to North American supply chain harmonization Responsibilities Partner with Supply Chain Transformation Executives to define and shape product vision, strategy and roadmap Provide thought leadership and influence the global Supply Chain digital product strategy to ensure the digital solutions achieve the vision, while integrating into defined business platforms and solutions across PepsiCo functions  Engage chapter leads to build labor and non-labor bottom-up financial estimates for Annual Operating Planning Define Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) highlighting the release milestones and success metrics, including expected outcomes and value delivered to the business Manage products through their full life cycle – from discovery to development, launch, and enhancements Facilitate workshops with cross-functional business and technical teams to define business use cases and functional product requirements Create and prioritize backlog of epics, features, user stories, and their acceptance criteria. Manage progress through agile ceremonies by working with business leads, software engineering, and product delivery team members, and participating in governance forums to ensure the rhythm of business Partner with Transformation leads to identify opportunities to implemental experimental pilot initiatives that can scale quickly and accelerate delivery of business value through use of emerging technologies fit for PepsiCo highest-impact problems to solve Manage digital product investments of over $50M to transform our global supply chain   Identify risks and concerns for product delivery as related to individual teams as well as dependencies across product workstreams Surface blockers and provide recommendations based on trade-offs to optimize customer experience, time-to-market, and to clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal stakeholders and remote teams Proactively communicate “executive-ready” strategy, roadmap, milestones and outcomes for all deliverables to a global leadership audience Build and oversee a team of customer-centric digital product managers to lead and track delivery against associated OKRs laid out for Supply Chain Transformation programs Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position will be around $125,000 - $210,000 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
