Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA), our beverages manufacturing, sales and distribution operating sector in the United States and Canada; is seeking a Sales Associate Analyst. The preferred location is Winston-Salem, NC, but is open to remote candidates. Responsibilities What’s Your Role? This role supports PepsiCo Foodservice National Account Sales Managers, Sr. Key Account Managers, and Channel Directors within a defined PBNA Division in managing assigned National Accounts, acting as an extension of the sales team with key internal partners and regularly interfacing directly with customers. This role also provides Sales and Customer Service support to PepsiCo National customers located primarily in franchised bottler territories. Provide period, quarter and ad hoc reporting to support effective management of contractual agreements (volume commitments, rebates/funding, equipment placement and service, etc.) Analyze sales reports for source accuracy & significant trends, providing NASMs and Directors with actionable insights as appropriate Ensure set up for new/remodeled outlets are completed accurately, in both national PepsiCo systems and local bottler systems (equipment, pricing, administrative documents, POS, etc.), communicating contract and outlet level changes throughout the system. Serves as liaison to franchise (non-PBNA) bottler community on operational issues related to wired customers Act as a primary point of contact for customers corporate and franchised locations while being proactive in managing customer relationships Address questions/issues raised by customers regarding contract logistics, customer service, field sales etc. Partner with operations, finance, sales, supply chain, data management and PBNA locations to resolve customer issues and provide prompt follow-up Maintain accurate customer databases (new outlets, outlet closings, change of ownerships, corporate contacts, etc. Support PBNA sales teams in development of customer business reviews and deal models leveraging defined processes and systems Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,800 - $87,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
