We are looking to hire a passionate goal-oriented Growth Marketing Lead to join our team, establish responsible ownership of petcube.com, and effectively drive our sales online.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of marketing growth strategy for our E-commerce and SaaS Petcube products, driving sustainable user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Performance Marketing Ownership: Take ownership of our performance marketing campaigns on top platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
- User Acquisition Scaling: Scale user acquisition efforts, owning key metrics such as ROMI, CPA, CAC, and MRR growth rate, and continuously optimizing for maximum efficiency.
- Channel Strategy Leadership: Lead strategy for existing marketing channels including email, content, brand, user acquisition, social media, and SEO, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Iterative Testing: Conduct iterative tests to increase funnel conversions and add new flows, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget Allocation and Management: Analyze, track, and manage our growth budget allocation to ensure positive ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize spending across channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Run analytics and provide transparent reporting on key metrics, generating actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Hypothesis Generation: Generate new hypotheses from data via platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Looker Studio, driving innovation and experimentation to fuel growth.
Requirements
- Managerial Experience: 3+ years of managerial experience in Product Marketing management and/or Growth, preferably within a B2C company.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient command of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and Google Sheets is a must, with experience in JIRA, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools preferred.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (C1+) with great communication skills, able to effectively articulate ideas and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights, are essential for leading a data-driven testing approach.
