Responsibilities

Scoping, Planning, Implementing
Representing the Squad for internal Stakeholders
Teaching / Mentoring / Coaching Engineers - both within the Team and across the Org (within the Org with a Focus on Modern Tech Stack and AI / Infra)

Must-Haves:

Comfortable with Mentoring / Teaching / Advocating for a wide set of Technologies
Product Ownership / Project Management Experience
Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), including IaC (e.g. Tofu, Terraform)
Strong Software Engineering Background (Typescript is necessary, other languages might be a plus (Python))
AI Experience / Overview (Vector Search, Multimodality, Embedding, Reranking)
Enthusiasm for “modern Development” - ai enhanced engineering
Comfortable with communication and ownership towards diverse stakeholders: business + tech
Hamburg-based with willingness to come to the office at least 2-3 days/week
Fluent in German & English (C1/C2)
