Perfect match. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to unleash growth across all paid digital channels. Youll bring analytical excellence, structure, and execution power into our performance marketing team – and help us scale smart and sustainably, especially as we expand into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end campaign ownership: From strategy and budgeting to execution and iteration across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, etc.), SEA (Google Ads), and Programmatic.
- Growth driver: Increase ROAS across Meta & Google and launch programmatic advertising with positive ROI.
- Data-first mindset: Analyze campaign data deeply, establish a robust attribution model, and translate insights into action.
- A/B Testing: Implement a rigorous testing roadmap and continuously improve performance through experimentation.
- Team player: Be a sparring partner to the team, support junior members, and collaborate with Brand, Content, Marketing Ops, and Tech to create compelling creatives and funnels.
- Scale new channels: Identify untapped opportunities and take ownership of at least one new paid channel initiative.
Must haves:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and ideally Smartly or similar tools.
- Analytical mindset with deep experience in KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and attribution modeling.
- Background in business, marketing, economics or similar – ideally from a top university.
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive approach with a passion for optimization.
- Clear and precise communicator with fluency in English (our company language).
- Strong Excel skills or experience with data visualization tools.
- You are willing to come to our office in Hamburg regularly ## LI-Hybrid
- Experience with attribution modeling setup and evaluation.
- Knowledge in marketing automation and performance tech stacks.
