What you’ll do?

As Global Tech Innovation Manager at P&G, your focus will be on delivering new solutions to the IT function. You will play an integral role in defining the innovation strategy and long-term vision of the function. Working collaboratively with the central technology leadership team, functional leaders, and decision-makers across the different business units, you will be expected to nurture key internal relationships and uncover the biggest challenges they face in their day-to-day operations. Using this knowledge and your relationships in the global tech ecosystem, you will perform startup mapping and tech due-diligence to identify and assess the best startups for us to partner with.

Your main responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with internal technology business units’ leaders to map current and future needs

  • Conduct landscape assessment and prepare startup mappings according to the identified needs

  • Maintain close relationships with a vast network of VCs & Accelerators in key innovation markets

  • Perform tech due-diligence and risk assessments on relevant startups

  • Maintain focus on new technologies and identify new trends and opportunities

Job Qualifications

  • Software engineering/computer science degree is a must

  • Well-versed in technology, familiar with market trends and key players

  • Ability to conduct tech due diligence in a broad range of areas

  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

  • Strong analytical skills, fast learner

  • Ability to think strategically and translate to actions to ‘get things done’

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

  • Given our collaboration with startups and Venture Capital Firms based in the Silicon Valley, the job requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to accommodate late hour meetings
