Job Description & Summary

A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. You’ll focus on recording and analysing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts, and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills to detect fraud.

Our Internal Tax team provides internal services related to financial services, treasury and taxation. As part of our team, you’ll help the team provide a full range of taxation services to PwC related to complex financial reporting, cost management, tax planning, investment management and transaction processing.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs:
- Coordinating and/or preparing certain direct and indirect foreign tax returns and supporting schedules for the partnerships and corporations;
- Interpreting and applying international tax treaties to real-world situations regarding income tax withholding, permanent establishments, and other relevant issues;
- Building relationships with other groups and stakeholders;
- Assisting with the response to partner and agency queries in a timely manner;
- Coordinating and communicating with department leadership;
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Google Suite of tools, and an extensive understanding of RPA and data visualization tools, and,
- Resolving varied tax and business problems with an agile, execution-minded work style.

The salary range for this position is: $54,000 - $184,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
