The Opportunity

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you are responsible for managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including building GenAI and AI solutions, documenting business processes, and designing AI/GenAI architectures. As a Senior Associate you are tasked with analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to enhance your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Business Administration/Management, or Business Analytics, or Statistics preferred

- Building GenAI and AI solutions

- Designing AI/GenAI architectures for clients

- Managing AI/GenAI application development teams

- Utilizing Python and common LLM development frameworks

- Experience in Machine Learning and Advanced Learning

- Understanding Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms

- Experience with Git Version Control and CI/CD

Travel Requirements

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
