They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you lead client engagement workstreams and manage complex projects. As a Manager you supervise and develop teams, maintaining quality deliverables while fostering meaningful client relationships and navigating ambiguity.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 6 years of experience

- PMP, Prince 2, or ITIL preferred

- Leading IT application transitions and project management

- Managing SAP (ECC/HANA) transition projects

- Utilizing ITIL processes for managed services

- Mapping and re-engineering processes

- Excelling in stakeholder management and communication

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives

- Embracing change management strategies

- Understanding emerging technologies and prioritizing learning

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $198,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
