These individuals help organisations streamline their operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. They are skilled in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

The Opportunity

As part of the Managed Services team you will analyze complex problems and manage work streams to deliver exceptional client solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will mentor junior team members and uphold professional standards while navigating ambiguity to secure project outcomes.

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 6 years of experience

- Proven experience in business analysis, project management or similar roles

- Demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills

- Managing multiple priorities in team environments

- Understanding ITIL processes and operating models

- Mapping and re-engineering processes

- Excelling in communication and stakeholder management

- Being skilled in Power BI or data visualization tools

- Demonstrating commitment to continuous improvement and change management

- Being knowledgeable in technologies and eager to learn

The salary range for this position is: $58,000 - $161,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
