Red Hat is looking for a Partner Engagement Experience Sales Operations Analyst to play a critical role in tracking and measuring partner performance through data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding. This position focuses on providing actionable insights that drive decision-making across the Partner Engagement Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, analyzing key metrics, and ensuring data consistency to optimize partner engagement and business outcomes. The role involves working closely with internal teams to monitor partner activities, track performance trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.
What you will do:
Partner Performance Analytics: Track, measure, and report on partner performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern to inform decision-making across the Partner Engagement Experience team.
Dashboard and Reporting Development: Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce, E2open, and other tools to monitor key metrics such as partner bookings, revenue, and engagement effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze data from various systems, including CRM platforms, to produce insightful visualizations, charts, and reports that effectively communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.
Ad-hoc Reporting: Respond to leadership requests for ad-hoc reports and analysis, providing timely and accurate insights that support strategic initiatives.
Collaboration with Data Teams: Partner with data analytics and operations teams to ensure consistency in global and regional reporting, aligning with organizational goals and maintaining data integrity.
Operational Support: Work closely with project managers and the ecosystem operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, incorporating partner activities and operational changes into future forecasts and decision-making processes.
What you will bring:
Proven experience in sales operations, reporting, and data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with various teams.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
