About the Role:

The Government Education Consultant for Technical Training is responsible for developing, planning, and delivering training on LexisNexis Risk Government products and services to both external customers and internal stakeholders. This role involves designing training courses, creating training materials, and preparing documentation. The consultant will assess training needs, conduct evaluations, and analyze requirements to develop effective educational programs. They will also monitor and assess training program outcomes, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness. An experienced and highly qualified professional, the consultant has extensive knowledge in their area of expertise and a basic understanding of related fields.

This role may require up to 20% travel.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Conducting needs assessments and developing customized solutions for clients.

  • Serve as integral part of the business operations and management of LexisNexis Risk Solutions through driving and supporting effective product usage, workflow, process, and best practices education.

  • Function as a key driver of managing LexisNexis Risk Solutions revenue through effective integration and management of key accounts’ education programs.

  • Lead, facilitate and manage large scale training and consultative projects and initiatives involving major accounts.

  • Participate and lead industry seminars; trade shows, and demonstrations and serve as recognized experts in LexisNexis product solutions; Manage business operations by identifying opportunities and working closely with internal partners to identify and manage appropriate training and education programs in accordance with business needs.

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain professional customer education curricula. Track, monitor, and report results to facilitate business operations with key accounts.

  • Maintain demonstrated professional expertise in vertical markets, professional certifications and designations as required, and serve as subject matter experts in respective areas of expertise

Qualifications

  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with fraud detection and identity verification concepts.

  • Be able to collaborate with team while being self-directed to solve problems

  • Have experience in consulting or professional services.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

  • BS/BA or equivalent; with a concentration in adult education/learning theory preferred.

  • 3-5 yrs of work experience in core RISK markets or comparable experience in related industry markets

  • 3-5 yrs professional training and education experience. Adult education, project management, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills.

  • Position may require travel up to 20%, ability to work independently with strong sense of self-actualization as well as collaboratively within a virtual team environment to achieve business and department objectives

  • Experience in implementation and training of complex solutions like VitalChek, AmplifyID, Digital Defense Platform (DDP), Risk Defense Platform (RDP), ThreatMetrix etc. strongly preferred.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a sales incentive plan.

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Hawaii and Colorado: $75,800- 126,100 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Maryland and Washington: $79,500 - 132,400 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for California and Washington DC: $87,100 - 145,000 USD

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $83,300 - 138,700 USD
