As Relyance AI’s Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead the delivery of our next-generation product and then lead a global team delivering continuing to build out the offering. You will be responsible for the technical vision, strategy, and execution of critical software initiatives that are the future of Relyance AI.

As a Manager, Software Engineering, your role will include:

  • Overseeing the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top engineering talent.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and executing software development projects.
  • Working closely with product management to define product roadmaps.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 5+ years of Python experience.
  • A strong technical background with a deep understanding of software engineering principles.
  • Meaningful experience working on an AI/ML product.
  • Proven experience managing and leading engineering product releases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with 0 to 1 product builds.
  • Leading globally geographically dispersed teams.
  • Startup/early-stage company experience.
