As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert ensuring organizations maximize the value of their ReversingLabs investments. Specializing in malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related domains, you will help organizations operationalize our solutions, optimize workflows, and drive measurable security outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate advanced technical challenges, align solutions with customer security strategies, and drive product adoption through solution designs, optimizations, and technical workshops. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support long-term adoption, retention, identify organic growth opportunities, and help to shape future product innovations. What You Will Do
- Serve as a technical advisor, specializing in malware analysis, threat intelligence, threat hunting, security operations, or related domains.
- Operationalize ReversingLabs technology by optimizing workflows and driving measurable security outcomes. This may involve occasional customer travel (up to 25%, often fully remote).
- Address advanced security challenges by offering tailored solutions and optimizations to meet unique customer needs.
- Align solutions with customer security strategies, ensuring long-term adoption and success while identifying organic growth opportunities.
- Lead technical workshops, deep-dive sessions, and hands-on training to help customers fully leverage product capabilities.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Account Executives to support retention strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure customer feedback informs product enhancements and innovation.

What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of extensive experience and deep expertise in customer-facing roles focused on malware analysis, threat intelligence, security operations centers, and related domains, with proficiency in dissecting malicious code, gathering actionable intelligence, and orchestrating security operations to proactively defend against cyber threats
- A strong understanding of modern malware analysis practices (e.g., static and dynamic analysis), tools (e.g., Antivirus, VirusTotal, IDA Pro, Ghidra, etc.), and technologies (e.g., sandbox environments, virtual machines) with navigating complex threat hunting architectures (e.g., SIEM / SOAR systems, EDR solutions, threat intelligence platforms, etc.) and operational challenges in security operations centers (e.g., incident response, threat detection, and mitigation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally with CS, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Passion for cybersecurity, continuous learning, and creating high-impact solutions
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
