Job Description Summary:
The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer is an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) product expert and trusted advisor providing primarily post sales technical expertise to our customers. You will also work closely with Rocket’s partner community to build their knowledge and independence around pre and post sales tasks. Ideally this person is an expert in Mobius; other ECM product will also be considered. https://www.rocketsoftware.com/products/rocket-mobiusEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides consulting services to implement detailed customer implementations of Rocket’s Mobius ECM
- Ensures the product implementation method is supportable, maintainable and scalable per established and proven Rocket standards
- Using established techniques, deliver implementation services that allow for successful proof of concept and post-sales deployment of purchased products, customer satisfaction and ongoing business retention
- Present and deliver highly technical presentations and training on products.
- Work with Rocket partner community to provide appropriate pre and post sales training to ensure a partner can effectively lead a sales opportunity and product implementations
- Sharing customer feedback to product management for future product enhancements
Required Qualifications:
- At least 4-8 years of customer facing experience (database admin, technical support etc) working with Enterprise Content Management systems—Knowledge of Mobius is helpful, but not required
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work-related experience
- High proficiency configuring and deploying applications in Linux and Windows
- Database technologies (e.g. Oracle, SQL, DB2)
- Enterprise application development (e.g. Java, .NET, Python & shell scripting) is very helpful
- Experience deploying cloud server environments and applications, ideally with experience using Kubernetes
- Previous customer facing consulting experience, with exceptional communication and organizational skills
