We are looking for a Business Development Manager, Germany Market
Target total compensation ranges from £199,000-277,500, including a fixed annual salary of £92,000-130,000, variable between £91,000-115,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
The Business Development Executive will work to drive new business for the Germany market. Based in London, the Business Development Executive will be expected to build and cultivate strategies in the following areas: prospecting, relationship development, pricing, presentation and delivery, negotiations, and closing in order to grow our revenue footprint in the region. It is important that you demonstrate leadership qualities and work in a constructive and collaborative way with both internal counterparts on various teams across the organization, as well as our customers. A successful candidate is able to think critically and implement strategies that deliver ROI, catered specifically to each client.

About the Role:
- Obsess over clients, hit your numbers and contribute to the Rokt community
- Outreach/prospecting to get your foot in the door at cold prospects
- Tactical account planning and relationship building
- Develop relevant marketing decks and client-facing proposals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive upsells and new product adoption
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting and account plans
About You:
- Proficiency in German language required
- At last 7+ years of experience in outreach and selling performance-driven advertising campaigns into digital marketing teams, ideally in the D2C space and on a CPC basis
- Experience working with Germany-based clients
- Good knowledge of performance marketing goals and metrics (CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROI, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of the marketing funnel and how a channel like Rokt would fit into an organization’s marketing mix and goals
- Professional client-facing skills. Polished, articulate and credible when communicating with clients. Full comprehension of client businesses and needs
- Curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization
- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high energy sales culture with a proven track record of high performance
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
