We are looking for a Director, Enterprise Sales

Total compensation between $360,000-400,000, which includes a fixed annual salary between $170,000-200,000, target commission of $150,0000-160,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

The Director, Enterprise Sales will own the sales, onboarding, and relationship management of new Rokt accounts throughout the North American region.

As a player-coach, this role is focused on creating and closing net new opportunities as well as managing a small team of Account Executives.

About the Role:

  • Penetrate target accounts at corporate levels through executive briefings/meetings to develop an intimate understanding of customers business, technical issues, and organizational structure, and document using appropriate systems.
  • Move client prospects through the funnel, from consideration to executed contract including managing the pitch process; oversee internal process for responding to RFPs and preparing for pitches.
  • Manage successful working relationships with Executive team, Solution Engineers & Industry Vertical VPs to successfully acquire, launch and grow supply partners.
  • Contribute to the development of Rokt’s marketing materials, including credentials/capabilities, case studies, and collateral material.
  • Lead your ecommerce sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.

About You:

  • At least 10+ years of experience, including a proven track record of closing $1M+ high value solution deals in complex SaaS/technology services environments.
  • Understanding of digital media and emerging marketing and AdTech/MarTech is preferred.
  • Must have a proven track record of selling into and building credible relationships with medium to large size digital businesses.
  • Past experience and deep executive knowledge & credibility of one of our priority industry verticals of ecommerce/Retail, CPG, and/or QSR.
  • Past experience successfully leading teams of high performing sellers.
