Raytheon has an exciting opportunity in Engineering Finance for a Principal Specialist to support the Technology Engineering Directorate. In this role, the specialist will support their respective Business Manager, Engineering Discipline VP and Leadership Team and is responsible for the coordination of all financial related activities. This position is hybrid with the expectation of working onsite roughly once a week.

What You Will Do

Form business partner relationship with respective Business Manager, Center Managers, Department Managers and Section Managers - provide ad hoc analysis, drive a culture of financial awareness and accountability
Provide financial structure and processes for Engineering Directorate
Provide support for AdHoc financial requests from the Org
Partner with Engineering Overhead group in execution of the Overhead Budgets
Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 5+ years professional Finance/Accounting work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3+ years professional Finance/Accounting work experience
Experience communicating, influencing and working with cross-functional teams
Experience with the EAC process
Experience with SAP software: APEX, R3, BW, PRISM
Experience using Microsoft Office Tool suite -Excel, Power Point, Project, Word
U.S. Citizenship Status is Required as this position will require the ability to Access US Only Data Systems

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
