Raytheon has an opportunity for an Intern, Global Trade Program Office. This role reports directly to Global Trade Program Office leadership and will support projects to ensure compliance with global trade laws and regulations (including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR)), sanctions, and RTX and Raytheon policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
- Support a variety of Global Trade Program Office initiatives, including identifying global trade-related risks, designing and implementing controls to mitigate those risks, monitoring the effectiveness of risk mitigation, and continuously improving the overall Global Trade program
- Lead a priority project to completion, including presenting your results to Global Trade leadership

Qualifications You Must Have
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in one of the following disciplines: Law, Contract Administration, International Business, Business Law, Business Management or other closely related field.
- Actively enrolled junior, senior or post-grad intern, verified by transcripts included with application.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- 3.5 cumulative GPA desired
- Previous internship experience in a related field
- Experience leading a team project
- Demonstrated interest in compliance with export controls or assessing risk
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with various levels of Raytheon employees and to collaborate with business personnel
Clearance Information:
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
