The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Global Communications Team:

Senior Manager, Integrated Campaign Strategy

RTX Communications is seeking a strategic- and process-minded candidate to drive integrated campaign strategy and process forward through best-in-class, data-driven marketing and communications strategies. The senior manager, integrated campaign strategy role is aligned to the Global Business Communications Center of Expertise (COE) and requires understanding of how to connect business goals, operations and strategies to value-add communications strategy and outcomes.

This role is a master of continuous improvement, aligning teams of peers, leaders and business partners to deliver on the goals of the strategy and ultimately support growth of the business. The senior integrated campaign strategy manager will also work closely with senior leadership to support the organization’s strategic goals and align to our overall RTX brand.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute holistic, data-driven, integrated communications campaigns in support of business priorities and in coordination across the full RTX campaign landscape.
  • Align matrixed teams and business partners to develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated communications strategy – inclusive of internal/executive communications, marketing and media.
  • Strategically consult and guide integrated communications campaign execution, management, measurement and reporting aligned to standard processes, common frameworks, templates and best practices.
  • Proactively identify and implement continuous improvement ideas, leveraging data, cross-functional expertise and industry benchmarking.
  • Lead development of and maintain communications deliverables (talking points, key messages, prep packages, presentations, templates, standard work, trainings, etc.) in partnership with COEs in support of communications campaign strategy.
  • Lead the coordination and ongoing training of integrated campaign leads and matrixed campaign team members across RTX.
  • Travel approximately 10% to both domestic and international locations.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Strategic thinker and self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement and positive change.
  • Expert project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven leader with strong interpersonal, influencing and collaborating skills.
  • Excellent written, oral and e-communications skills, especially in a virtual environment and for an executive audience .
  • Proven track record of delivering successful communications campaigns spanning internal communications, executive communications, marketing and media channels.
  • Ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand communications.
  • Excellent executive presence, including presenting strong business cases and strategy with clarity and conciseness.
  • Data-driven, results and solutions oriented.
  • Ability to excel in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Integrated communications experience in global engineering /manufacturing organizations and/or in the aerospace or a related industry is a plus
  • Experience using advanced online tools, including visualization, AI and project management
  • Understanding of business development practices and processes

Location: While this role will be primarily remote, it is strongly preferred and recommended for the candidate to be local to any main Global Communications Hub to support onsite visits, regularly.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
