Based on our company growth and recent acquisitions, we are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Developer to join our team. This person will be responsible for the administration, support, and development of RVO Health’s Oracle Fusion environment. Ideal candidates will possess a fun, positive, energetic attitude and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This position will have an immediate impact on RVO Healths business units and have regular interaction across all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle Integration Cloud solutions to meet business requirements including maintenance and troubleshooting/resolution of errors for existing bank, payroll, and SalesForce integrations (connectivity to SFTP, integration updates/maintenance, management of password expiry, certificates, security/keys, etc.).
- Develop and maintain integrations between various applications using OIC and other Oracle technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system errors, and data discrepancies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test cases, and user guides.
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop solutions to automate manual user functions using Oracle tools.
- Develop and support workflow approval processes and administration of queues/adjustments.
- Support and develop custom financial reporting and OTBI reports, dashboards/analytics.
- Support quarterly patching and regression testing and rollout of new enhancements.
- Support the review and development of standard and custom user roles and system security including reviews and licensing and mitigation of security gaps/SOD.
- Support supplier portal/supplier maintenance, punchout, and related Procure to Pay processes.
- Develop and support cash management and cash application functions of AR receipts and related Quote to Cash processes.
- Support banking related transactions for both AP and AR.
- Partner with internal and external teams to ensure the full potential of the Oracle application is utilized; define, build, test and implement enhancements that align to business needs.
- Organize and execute projects, under limited supervision, by facilitating design sessions, leading configuration, coordinating testing, and executing cutover.
- Ensure data integrity/accuracy; maintain and author support-related documentation for the Oracle team including user training.
- Manage incoming HD tickets, reproduce issues, and provide troubleshooting and resolution or assignment as appropriate including change control, documentation and approvals.
What We’re Looking For
- Self-starter engaged to resolve issues, improve processes, and open to researching and resolving complex issues.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and support (Oracle Fusion specifically in a hands-on implementation/support role – not EBS).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and its integration with OIC. Understanding OCI concepts, networking, security, and how to configure OIC for optimal performance within OCI.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with OIC, including its architecture, capabilities, and features. This includes proficiency in designing, developing, and updating OIC including connections, integrations, adapters, and web services.
- Experience with Oracle Database and its integration with OIC. This includes knowledge of data modeling, SQL queries, and database connectivity within OIC.
- Strong technical and functional skill set with Oracle Fusion including configuration and application maintenance and build out/maintenance of integrations.
- Thorough knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Mgmt, Projects, Req/PO modules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $85,000 - $140,000
