As a member of the Media Revenue team, you’ll work on mission-critical projects that impact privacy, monetization, and brand awareness. You’ll use your programming skills to build high-performance web experiences and integrate with high-throughput transactional services.

Where Youll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions on our websites, including Healthline.com
• Work on the development lifecycle of our software products, from conception and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements and specifications into functional code
• Provide input to planning activities including accurate and timely estimates for features, user stories, and tasks.
• Implement innovative software solutions using modern technologies including ReactJS, Next.js, AWS services, and more
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices and security standards
• Contribute well-written code and technical documentation
• Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of our applications

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building consumer-facing applications.
• 2+ years of experience with website development using JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Git, and Node
• Experience with modern a web application stack like ReactJS and Next.js
• 2+ years of experience integrating with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with developing for and deploying to a cloud platform like AWS
• Experience working directly with Product teams to deliver on feature requests
• Experience with UX with an emphasis on performance and scalability 

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $97,500 - $120,000*
