As the Data Cloud Strategy Program Manager for the Digital Success Data & AI Team, you will be accountable for developing, implementing and strategizing how we use Data Cloud applications, data, and functions to improve our Agentforce on Help capabilities and outcomes, including Answer Quality, Latency, Security and overall functional health.

This role partners with Data Science, Data Engineering, Salesforce Help Development, Product Management and Product Teams to build and manage a roadmap of prioritized initiatives with partners to deliver on our broader Agentforce roadmap, and to solve business outcome opportunities. This role is also accountable for removing blockers to deliver on initiatives, ideating on new initiatives, and using data to analyze new opportunities; ultimately communicating these opportunities to various workstreams for resourcing, scoping, delivery, and impact analysis.

The Data Cloud Strategy Program Manager will be expected to represent their work in monthly and quarterly business reviews against strategic KPIs and organizational business outcomes. This also includes leadership reviews across multiple teams and organizations, roadmap reviews, stand ups, and other business driven sessions.

Your Impact

  • Be an active thought leader in our Data Cloud for Agentforce Strategy on Help.Salesforce.com, driving Answer Quality and Enhancements.

  • Develop and implement experiments and innovations with partner teams to deliver impact to business outcomes.

  • Maintain a roadmap of features, changes, and data hydration & access for Data Cloud strategy with Agentforce.

  • Maintain and enhance production relationships and influence team roadmaps where needed.

  • Perform data analysis to identify new opportunities and innovations with the Business Intelligence and Data Science Teams.

  • Build and support data storytelling motions that help provide clarity to leadership and strategy deliverables.


Required Skills

  • Experience with Generative AI Technology and an understanding of Generative AI functionality principals. Specifically Agentforce, Data Cloud or similar applications.

  • Experience with program or product management functions.

  • Experience managing a large body of work across multiple teams and organizations to deliver business outcomes.

  • Executive presence, and experience telling technology and data stories to a wide range of audiences at different technical levels.

  • Experience building Behavior Driven Design Requirements or similar Requirements and Project Scope Documentation

  • Experience working with Agile teams and Agile methodologies.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $101,900 to $140,200.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
