Salesforce Inc. seeks Manager, Technical Consulting - Analytics in McLean, VA:

Job Duties: Lead discussions with clients to address and answer specific business questions, capture requirements and provide consultative guidance on solution/delivery options. Partner with internal and client teams to develop innovative analytics solutions that solve business challenges and align to industry best practices. Lead the implementation of technical/architectural aspects of Analytics solutions. Perform analytic software configuration and coding. Clearly and succinctly communicates findings and insights to customers with proper verification and validation techniques. Follow internal methodologies and standardized approaches and seeks to continuously improve them based on experience. Develop and teach best practices in relevant analytics areas. Mentor and coach Analytics Consultants. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) PL/SQL; (2) Data Analytics; (3) Data Warehousing; (4) Requirements Analysis; (5) Business Analytics; (6) Python; (7) Informatica; (8) Unix; (9) Scrum; and (10) Java Enterprise Edition. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Salary: $151,800.00 - $208,800.00 per annum.
