Job Title: Associate IT Operations Specialist
Location: Guadalajara, MX
THE OPPORTUNITY:
At Salesloft, our will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing IT team and will serve on the front lines ensuring our employees have the technology they need to be successful.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for proactively and reactively serving employees through technology. Specifically, you will:
- Respond to IT tickets to troubleshoot technical issues, install software, or issue additional equipment, both on-site in Guadalajara and remotely
- Setup new employee MacBooks, monitors, and any other necessary equipment
- Assist with technology requirements in our Guadalajara office
- Provide on-site technical support during in-office events
- Assist with building out conference rooms and office space: mount audio visual equipment and cable management, etc.
- Accountable for managing receipt, documentation, and storage of IT equipment

THE SKILL SET:
- Technical Aptitude & Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies (Jamf, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, macOS).
- End-User Support: Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Problem-Solving: Logical approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems.
- Office Operations: Willingness to handle office infrastructure tasks (conference spaces, network equipment, etc).
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain clear documentation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team player.
- Organization & Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Takes initiative, adapts to changing priorities, and manages multiple tasks.
- Basic IT Knowledge: Foundational understanding of IT concepts (networking, hardware, software).
- macOS Familiarity: Experience with macOS is a plus.
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:
- Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
- Attend training with current members of the team and get to know important, relevant personnel throughout the business
- Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and shadow current members of the SalesLoft team
- Set your MOaT (Metrics, Obstacles, and Tactics) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Approach every IT ticket with a customer service viewpoint within appropriate SLAs
- Become familiar with Salesloft’s various tech stacks and IT procedures
- Become familiar with on-site services, technologies, and responsibilities
- Consistently achieve your volume and SLA goals
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Serve as tier one Helpdesk support for formal requests
- Manage receipt, documentation, and storage of IT equipment
- Continue to focus on your OKR
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
- Begin writing content for the Salesloft IT Knowledge Base to help Lofters resolve issues on their own
- Make a notable contribution to the effectiveness and SLA commitment of the operations team
