Position Summary
Samsung Ads - Associates Platform Solutions ManagerSamsung Ads, the advertising monetization arm of Samsung Electronics, leverages proprietary real-time TV viewing behavior and insights to promote relevant brands and content experiences to consumers. We partner with brands, agencies and content owners to deliver unique advertising opportunities on native placements within our Smart TV platform and programmatically with a cross device solution.
Samsung’s unique first party data help brands connect to their audience as they explore content across desktop, mobile, tablets and our Smart TVs. The Samsung Ad platform delivers high-quality audience targeting powered by three key components: first-party audience data at scale, world-class data science, and brand-safe cross-device ad inventory.
Role and Responsibilities
Be part of the growing Samsung Ads team! Samsung Ads is looking for confident individuals to take on supporting our Samsung Customer Solutions org. They will partner with our sales org to support our growth clients while managing platform expertise. Candidates should have prior experience focused on delivering excellent customer service, driving campaign performance and achieving a successful renewal rate. They must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the advertising industry across digital & programmatic platforms.
In this role, the Platform Solutions Partner will gain a deep understanding of the full Ad Platforms stack along with several accounts in a category/vertical.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients helping them navigate Samsung’s Ads Manager platform, helping define tailored advertising strategies, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their key business objectives providing support throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Understand client goals: Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client business objectives, advertising strategies, and helping client make informed decisions to maximize ROI.
- Upselling: Promote new Samsung’s Ads Manager product features growing client’s revenue on platform to highest potential
- Consultative Support: help dedicated clients get the most out of Samsung Ads Manager, offering best practices, campaign optimization tips, and strategic recommendations to improve ad performance.
- Deep understanding of Samsung Ads Manager advertising products and analytics tools. A focus on teaching SMBs how to use the platform effectively is key.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, a background in sales, or Ops with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of the video and connected TV media ecosystem
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, strong customer service
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Working to resolve client issues related to platform functionality
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Builders mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Bachelors Degree required
The salary range for this role is expected to be between $95,000 and $110,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role
