Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a confident individual with strong digital operations and technical experience who understands the importance of communication, solutions and delivery. Candidates must have a strong knowledge base of digital media Operations including video, display and connected TV. Self Service business models experience is a plus.  The Business Operations Manager is expected to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.

Lastly, this person will also work closely with teams around the world to ensure we are getting the proper support to grow the business. 

Skills and Qualifications

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Design and build the operational foundation for New Lines of Business including:
    • Define end to end workflows for business operational processes
    • Implement and enforce Sales Operations processes, policies & workflows for the Sales and Client Services teams to follow
    • Identify and document necessary policies and support structures
    • Enforce business policy compliance on all new campaigns
    • Build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales Systems
    • Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow
  • Enhance day to day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to:
    • Creative Tracking
    • Campaign Reporting
    • Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools
    • Policy enforcement
    • Campaign success
  • Drive & influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business
  • Collaborate with members of Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Operations teams to create automated, scalable solution
  • Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
  • Collaborate with members of Sales Operations

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.
  • Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
  • Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
  • Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources.
  • Consulting experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus.
  • Experience working in self-service or in Small/Insides Sales businesses in Digital Media a plus.

Salary Range Pay Transparency: Compensation for this role, for candidates based in New York, NY is expected to be between: $130,000 ~ $150,000.  Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
