Position Summary

1. Review each sales processes including contract, PO(Purchase Order), supply projection, invoice, inventory, and other sales tasks and provide guidance to relevant sales team to make them comply with these processes.
2. Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.
3. Check the validity of the marketing budget and adjust the budget expenditure of each sales departments.
4. Improve the accuracy of supply projection and optimize the logistics process.

Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with a successful track record who can handle a fast-paced and changing environment. The candidate should also be eager to learn and take ownership of projects from conception to completion. This person will act as the Sales Systems Lead and will be responsible for delivering both small and large projects.

We are looking for someone who can adapt quickly, think critically, and thrive under pressure. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate potential risks and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have:

BS in Computer Science or Business Major
Knowledge of the Advertising space is a must.
Strong grasp of digital order management systems, programmatic deal workflows, and diverse sales efficiency application integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in process improvement & change management in a consulting setup
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management
Hands-on experience using no-code Salesforce tools
3 Years of Salesforce experience working in a technical and functional role.
Excellent Trailhead profile with wide ranging skills in Salesforce & Related Eco System. Certifications in Salesforce administration

Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document workflow and solution requirements
Analyze business requirements and processes to identify areas where Salesforce can be implemented effectively.
Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired functionality.
Build and deploy solution for niche business needs
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Provide training and support to end-users during and after implementation.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and workflow

Skills and Qualifications

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $125,000 and $145,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
