Role and Responsibilities

The Ecosystem Technical Lead will report to the Head of Partnerships/BD, Digital Health, and is responsible for supporting the strategy and executing the SDK development and outreach plan. This position will be a core part of a passionate team charged with developing and launching a set of health SDKs to enable partner health service development and research that will transform the future of healthcare. We are looking for an ecosystem technical lead with a health industry background, a superior and diverse set of communication skills, and a proven track record of building technology-based partnerships toward achieving business goals.  This position focuses on supporting the Digital Health hardware and software strategy, executing the GTM plan, and achieving business goals.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive ecosystem/SDK strategy and plans in alignment with business goals and execute the plan

  • Develop and execute plans to identify and engage potential industry partners, including clinical research organizations, health technology companies, payers, and provider organizations.

  • Coordinate closely with SDK technical and operational leads in the US and global teams for shared expertise and resources.

  • Establish and build operational and technical capacity to support ecosystem growth in the US.

  • Recruit partners and acquire customers in alignment with Digital Health Strategy and GTM Plans.

  • Provide input/guidance on GTM Strategy—Voice of Partners/Customers, analyze the feedback, conduct gap analysis, and drive new development requirements.

  • Account Management

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Health Team’s strategy.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience

  • Partnership/Account management experience in digital health, medical device, or technology initiatives in the health industry organizations

  • Operational and technical expertise (eg SDK) in health technology, medical devices, wearables, consumer technology

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills with proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations and effectively communicate value propositions

  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and thoroughly to prioritize and complete tasks and meet deadlines

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions

  • Work is generally performed in an office environment.

  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.

  • Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored, and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions. 

  • Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position. 

  • There will be significant travel to develop & manage business goals

For candidates based in California, compensation for this role is expected to be between $160,000 and $210,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.
