The Senior Growth PM will report to the Head of Services Innovation, Digital Health and is responsible for owning user acquisition, engagement metrics, and product positioning while building the foundational analytics infrastructure needed to drive data-informed decisions. This role combines hands-on growth experimentation with strategic marketing to accelerate adoption of Samsungs digital health solutions.
Own, operate, and enhance core analytics infrastructure and reporting.
Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels.
Instrument product analytics and tracking.
Optimize cross-platform user journeys.
Drive key metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Develop positioning and messaging strategies.
Create compelling user-facing content and materials.
Lead market research and competitive analysis.
Build product launch playbooks.
Partner with behavioral science, analytics, and marketing teams on earned/owned/paid media.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Health Team’s strategy.

Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Skills
8+ years of growth PM, PMM, and other related experience
Track record of driving user acquisition and engagement
Experience with healthcare or wellness products
Strong analytics and experimentation background
Deep knowledge of product analytics platforms
Experience with A/B testing frameworks
Understanding of healthcare data requirements
Strong data analysis capabilities
Content creation and campaign management
Global team (multi-time zone) experience
Digital health sector experience
Seed-stage startup experience
Professional services or advising and implementation experience
Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions
Work is generally performed in an office environment.
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
Under very little direct supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines where decisions are seldom monitored, and consequences of decisions adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
Complete access to confidential company data where disclosure may jeopardize the company’s competitive position.
The salary range for this role, for candidates based in California, is expected to be between $175,000 and $210,000. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and comparison to other employees in the role.
