Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for a SmartThings Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, including product strategy, planning, and execution. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing and retail to develop and launch innovative products that meet customer needs.

Role and Responsibilities

Main Role Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SmartThings product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
Analyze customer feedback, usage data and other KPIs
Manage product lifecycle and relationships with key retailers such as pricing, promotion and merchandising strategies
Conduct market research and analyze competitors
Conduct store visits to assess merchandising and promotions
Work with related teams, agencies to develop campaigns and promotions
Monitor competitive activity at retail for differentiation
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on strategy execution

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field
5+ years of experience in product management or related field
Experience in the smart home or IoT industry is a plus
Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
High level of time management
Fluent English & Ukrainian
