Our client, a leading Data Center in the US, is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and elevating employee experience. To achieve this, their IT department leverages the ServiceNow platform to deliver cutting-edge applications. We’re seeking skilled ServiceNow developers to join the client’s team and contribute to a range of innovative projects. The Sandbox team will be involved in developing end-to-end solutions as well as collaborating with the client’s teams to enhance existing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, customizations, and enhancements based on business requirements
- Create and manage workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements
- Perform system integration and data migration tasks
- Ensure ServiceNow platform stability, performance, and security
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Scripting, Workflows, Forms, and Service Catalog
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Business Management (ITBM) modules
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus
