As Global Leadership Recruitment Trainee in our Talent Acquisition Team, you’ll closely partner with and support our colleagues working the Global Executive Sourcing team based in 4 major locations: Budapest, Amsterdam, Warsaw and Bogota.

Main responsibilities
- Provide the team with administrative support
- Build target company lists
- Source and select talents against the job description and map the talent market
- Actively support the team with desk research, identification of candidates, preparation of presentations
- Collect, classify, and interpret competitive market intelligence
- Track and report data in our Candidate Relationship Management system
About you
Experience
- Ongoing university studies (active student status)
- Min. 25-hour availability/week
Soft and technical skills
- Good analytical skills
- High level of integrity to deal with sensitive information in a compliant and confidential way
- Interest in international recruitment
- Curiosity to learn about the pharmaceutical/biopharma industry and different functions
- Good level of data management skill
Languages
- Excellent English written and verbal
