About You 🎉

User-Focused. You put the user first with a keen sense of how your code will impact the users experience in terms of performance, security and usability
Language Agnostic. We use a lightweight tech stack of Postgres, Go and Vue
Team Player. Youre proactive; you can jump in and help clarify specs, work with users to understand bugs, etc.
Experienced. 6+ years as a backend engineer. You possess strong coding and technical written/verbal communication skills. You have experience designing and implementing distributed systems and a strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms
Goal Oriented. Problem-solver mindset whos biased towards action and getting stuff done
Experimental. You’re staying up to date on developments in AI and interested in testing out how it can impact users
Self Aware. You don’t shy away from asking for help and are unafraid to say, “I don’t know”
Lifelong Learner. Place value on personal growth and constructive feedback
Empathetic Communicator. You take a compassionate, organized and collaborative communication style with colleagues and users

Compensation 💼

The estimated base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $205,000. Compensation estimates are based on market data about the role and level while individual compensation offers will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
