About the Role
Were seeking an experienced Paid Social Lead to join our performance marketing team, focusing on scaling our presence across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms for the Everand brand. This role will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and brand awareness through innovative social advertising strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize multi-million dollar paid social advertising budgets across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with our growth objectives and brand guidelines
- Lead creative testing initiatives and collaborate with our creative team to develop high-performing ad content
- Build and maintain sophisticated audience targeting frameworks across platforms
- Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and leverage data insights to optimize LTV:CAC
- Stay ahead of platform changes and new features, implementing beta opportunities when available
- Partner with data science team to develop attribution models and measure incremental lift
- Responsible for regular analytics and reporting; effectively communicating performance, wins, and challenges
- Partner with the product development and engineering teams to develop data feeds and LTV signaling pipelines
- Partner with other marketers to ensure integration of Paid Search into our overall growth strategy
Who you are:
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns, with at least 3 years focused on subscription or D2C products
- Proven track record of scaling social advertising spend efficiently while maintaining or improving LTV:CAC
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization, audience targeting, and creative testing methodologies
- Experience with social media attribution models and incrementality testing
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing subscription products or digital content services
- In-depth understanding of automated bid strategies with experience optimizing towards CPAor ROAS goals. Deep understanding of incrementality
- Familiarity with mobile app marketing and app store optimization
- Experience with budget planning and forecasting
- Google Tag Manager experience a plus
At Scribd, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States. In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $131,500 to $212,750.
In the United States, outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $108,500 to $202,500.
In Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $150,500 CAD to $201,750 CAD.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a competitive equity ownership, and a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
