ServiceTitan is seeking an Event Associate to provide comprehensive support across various event types, including tradeshows, field marketing events, and customer programs. Reporting to the Events Manager,  the Event Associate will play a key role in supporting the planning, project management, and logistical aspects involved in the quality execution of our event programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional with a background in event planning. 

This candidate should be passionate about creating engaging, memorable experiences that resonate with attendees, possess energy, creativity, resourcefulness, and be able to remain calm under pressure.

What you’ll do: 

  • Oversee and maintain the event management registration system, including website development and access portal creation.

  • Provide enhanced reporting support to deliver actionable insights on event registration, lead and campaign tracking, and event calendars.

  • Submit and ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor contracts and invoices for payment.

  • Provide project management support for the User Conference, Ignite.

  • Manage room block management for the largest user conferences, Pantheon & Ignite, in coordination with venues and attendees.

  • Oversee and ensure effective management and responsible operation of event software platforms, including Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, Captello, and Cvent.

  • Provide extensive support to the Events department, including expense and budget tracking, and various event-related projects.

What youll bring: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in event management and/or production 
  • Collaborative team-player with a customer-service mindset and high energy 
  • Exceptional communication skills combined with strong organizational capabilities 
  • Proficiency in strategic thinking, quick problem-solving, and generating creative ideas 
  • Tech-savvy with a goal-driven attitude 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a disciplined approach to project management 
  • Self-motivated and confident in taking ownership of responsibilities 
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment 
  • Willingness to engage in physical tasks typical of event roles, such as setting up activations, moving supplies, etc. 
  • Engaging interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with diverse individuals 
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness in addressing challenges and finding solutions

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $58,400 USD - $78,100 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
