The Global Head of Sales Operations will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by improving sales efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and implementing scalable processes. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other key functions to enhance the sales experience and performance across global markets.

What Youll Do

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Be the strategic partner for the sales leadership team, developing and executing initiatives that drive sales team effectiveness, growth and operational efficiency.
  • Work alongside key stakeholders to optimize sales targets, quotas, and forecasting, in collaboration with the leadership team and ensuring that our sales goals are aligned with business objectives.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Establish and optimize workflows, tools, and systems that support the sales cycle and enable sales teams to close deals efficiently.
  • Own the continuous improvement of sales processes, methodologies, strategies, and tools with a focus on scalability, consistency, and productivity.

Data Driven Insights:

  • Lead the creation of sales reports and dashboards that empower our leaders to make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities that drive revenue growth
  • Create a culture of accountability by establishing and tracking KPIs that hold the team to high standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration to improve sales pipeline management.
  • Together with our Sales Enablement team, lead training and enablement initiatives to equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Sales Compensation & Incentives:

  • Partner with HR and Finance to create a compelling sales compensation plan that motivates the team and rewards performance.
  • Regularly evaluate compensation and incentive structures to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.

Lead and Motivate a High Performing Team:

  • Develop, coach and mentor your team
  • Create a team environment where high quality work, personal accountability, resilience, ## MakeItHappen attitude, and collaboration are expected

 

What You Bring

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role at a global SaaS or technology company.
    • Expertise in optimizing sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, and a strong understanding of sales tech stack.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, sales enablement tools, and best in class practices.
    • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and global, cross-functional teams.
    • Fluency in English.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
    • MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

In order to best connect with our leaders and teams, we anticipate this individual to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
